What to expect: Once the job is a "go" we start by moving movable furniture out of the work area, turbo vacuuming any areas that need it, and cover corners and entryways to work areas with a towel mat. This keeps everything protected and the work process easy and efficient. The entire house will be pre sprayed from the front to the back to let the soil moisten and so we can start cleaning from the back to the front. We make the adjustments to our equipment, and beginning hot water extracting and rinsing each and every fiber thoroughly.
If there is an area that needs special attention, we use the appropriate solutions to fix the problem and rinse the area extra thoroughly. As we move out of each room, we replace the furniture that we moved, covering under each leg with either a plastic square or styrofoam elevating block. We then come in with the terri towel system to dry cleaning each room to make sure everything is dryer, fluffier, and extra clean. Many cleaners do not rinse, thus the term "residue" comes from. Rest assured, our solutions will not leave any type of residue.
Once we are done with the second cleaning, we apply carpet protector and groom the carpet if needed. Every job is given however number of plastic boot covers needed and a complimentary carpet spotter. Now you know what it means when we say, "You deserve the royal treatment."
