What to expect: We begin by preparing all the areas that need to be worked on. We dust mop the surface to make sure there are no particles that will interfere, and then we dust mop it again for insurance.
Based on what we estimated, we may have to do some light hand sanding if some areas are really worn down but nothing too much. We vacuum and dust mop the floor, then mop it again for insurance. Once the floor is even and dustless, we begin by cleaning it with a even pattern. Once it is cleaned, we do a rinse. Once the rinse is complete, we turbo dry the wood and apply the finish. Depending on what the estimate entails, we will use the appropriate finishing products.
